The research stays free. The software is optional. The Hamilton Pathways Lab, our work-based-learning research with all six school corporations and The Pursuit Institute, is free, district-governed, and benefits the county whether or not any district buys anything. Alex for Schools is the optional operating layer on top. That firewall protects the trust this work runs on, and it holds.

One pipeline, classroom to career

Every stage below is live software, not a slide, and you can walk it as a fictional district before any conversation. The district demo is gated by an access code: access is granted on request, so email us and we will send yours.

  1. Challenge Studio · real industry problems in class

Problems from real local industries, delivered as classroom challenges mapped to your CTE catalog through our SOC-to-CTE crosswalk. Simulated work-based-learning hours are logged at the point of delivery, feeding your 75-hour WBL and Class of 2029 diploma requirements.

Live demo (access code by request) →
  2. Degree Dash · coursework that counts twice

Your course catalog mapped to real degree requirements at Indiana institutions: every AP, IB, and dual-credit course shows the college time and money it earns. Parents see it, counselors plan with it.

Live preview (access code by request) →
  3. Labor market intelligence · the county's evidence in your building

Top-growth pathways, wage ranges for the Indianapolis area, and the same evidence base the county plans with, in counselor-friendly language.

Live demo (access code by request) →
  4. Alex for every student · the journey, free

The coached career journey, free for every student and family, on their own device, collecting nothing. Career discovery with real numbers instead of interest quizzes alone.

What the evidence says

3x more likely employed

Students with at least one paid high-school work experience are over three times more likely to be employed after school. That is what the WBL hours this suite tracks actually buy (Chen et al. 2021, Journal of Disability Policy Studies).

2028 skills gap

Industry 4.0 is opening a technical-plus-soft-skills gap with millions of manufacturing jobs projected unfilled by 2028; Challenge Studio's industry challenges aim curriculum straight at it (Rikala et al. 2024, Technological Forecasting & Social Change).

45.2% college-going, boys

Indiana boys enroll in college at 45.2% vs 58.1% for girls, and gender-siloed pathways route them away from growing health and education fields. Clear non-college pathways are the documented fix (Sagamore Institute 2026).

Book the walkthrough
3 · District partnership $18,000/yr

Per corporation, all four modules on your own catalogs, WBL and diploma-requirement tracking, and a named team refreshed on the county data cycle. Founding pricing, held for your first full year; see our terms. The Pursuit Institute license ($15,000/yr) covers TPI's own students county-wide.

Start the partnership conversation

For districts: purchasing runs through a partnership conversation, not a card checkout; procurement is real and we respect it. For students: nothing here is for sale; start exploring free. Student data posture: no student accounts, no individual tracking, aggregate program visibility only.
